About Me

My photo
HANNAH VAUGHAN
Chicago, IL / Vagabond USA, United States
I am a female woodworker/metal worker with a passion for smart design and construction. I have a penchant for gourmet cooking, sewing, welding and painting things yellow. I design and construct modern fine furniture and sculpture with an emphasis on craftsmen jointery and minimal aesthetics. Originally from Los Angeles, I currently live and work in Chicago IL. I'm also a little bit of a vagabond, so you may also spot me in Brooklyn, Boston, North Carolina and New Hampshire. I graduated from Oberlin College with a degree in Studio Art and Religion, and have studied at Penland School of Crafts.
